Hi, I'm Erin

I'm a licensed therapist who helps people return to their true self when anxiety has taken over. As a musician and former middle school teacher, I love helping creative folks and helpers nurture their wellbeing and improve their impact in the world. My work centers on creating a calm, grounding space where you can slow down and reconnect with yourself. I help clients connect to their wisdom to move toward mindful embodiment and a sense of inner peace. Many of the people I work with are helpers at heart: teachers, therapists, parents, healers, artists, and musicians who give deeply of themselves but end up running on empty. You might be someone who shows up for others with care and creativity, yet feels disconnected from your own needs or identity beneath the weight of anxiety and burnout. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, gently untangle old patterns, and help you build sustainable ways of tending to your nervous system so your true self can shine with ease again.
