  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes, insurance is handled through Headway and you can complete an insurance/benefits verification here.

  • How much does out-of-network or private pay therapy cost?

    I offer 50-minute sessions at $150 for private pay clients. Out-of-network PPO benefits are seamlessly processed via Thrizer.

  • Do you offer sliding scale?

    Yes, I’m able to offer a limited number of sliding-scale sessions based on income. Availability may vary, so please reach out to discuss current openings.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid our automated late fee.

  • Do you offer weekend appointments?

    Yes, limited Saturday appointments are available for teachers. Please reach out to schedule.

  • How do I contact you between sessions?
