  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes, insurance is handled through Headway and you can complete an insurance/benefits verification here.

  • How much does out-of-network or private pay therapy cost?

    I offer 50-minute sessions at $150 for private pay clients. I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Do you offer sliding scale?

    Yes, I’m able to offer a limited number of sliding-scale sessions based on income. Availability may vary, so please reach out to discuss current openings.

  • Do you offer EMDR?

    No, I am not trained in EMDR, but I draw from several evidence-based and experiential approaches to support my clients’ goals. These include ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS (not certified), somatic practices, guided visualization, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.

  • Do you offer weekend appointments?

    Yes, limited Saturday appointments are available for teachers. Please reach out to schedule.
