Chronic stress changes how your mind and body function. Talk therapy alone is often not enough because stress lives deep inside your body.
How I Help: Moving Beyond Just Talk Therapy
In our individual sessions, we combine traditional talk therapy with somatic (body-based) practices. We focus on the connection between your brain and your nervous system. Together, we will work to:
Calm Your Body: Lower your daily physical anxiety, like jaw tension and racing thoughts.
Regulate Your Nervous System: Move out of constant "fight-or-flight" mode so you can finally rest.
Set Firm Boundaries: Learn to protect your energy and say no without feeling intense guilt.
Reclaim Your Passion: Connect back to your creativity and the things that bring you joy.

Session Length: 50 minutes.
Location: We will meet online via secure telehealth anywhere in California.
Our Pace: We work at a speed that feels safe for your body. You do not have to force yourself to talk about things before you are ready.
